Xtrasorb Super Absorbent Dressings have an absorbent core with super absorbent polymer capable of absorbing large quantities of wound exudate, and forming a gel inside the core that binds and locks away exudate from the wound. The dressings helps to prevent maceration, conforms well, and does not adhere to the wound. An outer protective layer protects clothing and linens against soiling.
