Description
Mepilex Border Dressings are self-adherent but do not adhere to moist wound beds due to a Safetac soft silicone layer on the wound surface side. They quickly absorb wound fluid, and spread the exudate into the retention layer of the dressing. This minimizes the risk of maceration and enables use under compression bandaging. The outside border is waterproof and bacteria proof film. Very good absorption of moderate to high amounts of exudate. Very comfortable to wear.
