Description
AFM Ultra dressings are multi-layered, with an AFM bilayer to pump excess wound fluid away from the wound and periwound; a highly absorbent foam layer; and topped with a vapor permeable film layer to allow fluid to evaporate and to prevent moisture and bacteria from entering. AFM Ultra continuously pumps exudate away from the wound, absorbs fluid without allowing strikeback, helps prevent maceration, provides extended wear times compared to other dressings, and works effectively with compression therapy.
