Returns fall into several categories:

Damage

Please refuse to accept any package that has been damaged in shipment. UPS/USPS will return packages to us.  Also phone Smith Bio Customer Service at 800-400-6538 to request a replacement order at no charge to you.

Wrong Product

If we shipped you the wrong item by mistake, please phone Smith Bio Customer Service at 800-400-6538, and we will 1) re-ship the correct product, and 2) send a call tag to pick up the wrong product---no charge to you.

Wrong Item Ordered

If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item and wish to return, please phone Smith Bio Customer Service at 800-400-6538 within 2 days of receipt of item. As long as product is unused, unopened, in original box, we will issue a Return Authorization Number which must be written on the package.  All returns must be sent, with authorization number, to:

We will issue credit for the product, less any shipping charges, both ways.
